The Oxfam DVD 'Sisters on the Planet' depicts four inspirational women, from different parts of the World, and their fight against Climate Change.
This DVD aims to show how Climate Change is already having a direct, and disproportionate impact on people in developing countries, women especially. It is an inspirational film showing the enthusiasm, commitment and dedication of these women to find solutions to their problems. Each of the women are affected in very different ways by climate change and have all chosen in one way or another to fight against it.
The aim of this film is to show the solidarity between humanity; the idea that we are all in this together, and so are all part of the solution.
